Treasure Ezinne Okey is an Associate in the firm of Ndifreke Akpan & Associates (Star Attorneys) she is an Attorney licensed in Nigeria with over 5 years legal experience in Dispute and Resolution, Litigation, Commercial Arbitration and Mediation, Banking, Divorce, Fundamental Human Rights as well as significant experience in corporate Commercial (project Finance, company secretarial and Regulatory compliance) practice area.
Treasure has been regularly involved in Arbitrations and Mediations locally and international and is part of the process involving several financial Companies.
Treasure has regularly advices local and international client on dispute resolution issues and represents clients at all superior courts of record in Nigeria, she renders advisory services to financial institutes, corporate organizations and multinational companies on insolvency, restructuring and turnaround of companies, mergers and acquisitions, schemes of arrangement and compromise, winding up, voluntary liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy. She is also involved in drafting several agreements.
